Autumn has arrived at Moel Famau Donkeys in all its golden glory!

To celebrate this colourful season, we're inviting you to an unforgettable autumn adventure, where Halloween meets Harvest! From 12th October, our cosy stable transforms into a haunted hideaway – not too spooky but brimming with seasonal charm. A magical experience awaits as you meet and groom our gentle donkeys before setting off along our pumpkin trail, complete with a thrilling treasure hunt that promises fun and surprises for all ages.​

HERE'S WHAT AWAITS WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

Step into the Haunted Hideaway, where a mysterious twilight glow shimmers and casts colourful shadows across the stable, while you spend time with our friendly donkeys amidst their spooky surroundings.

 

Set off on a scenic hillside walk with plump pumpkins to guide your way. Keep your eyes peeled for hidden clues tucked along the trail, leading you to a special surprise at Hilltop House!

 

Children are welcome to come in fancy dress. Every child will receive a warming hot chocolate and a delicious chocolate-coated apple!

JOIN US FOR REFRESHMENTS

​Our Grazing Hut will be stocked up with seasonal treats. Sip a creamy spiced pumpkin latte, nibble on buttery caramel shortbread or slurp a scoop of rich treacle toffee ice cream. Enjoy a sweet ending to your autumn adventure!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES

This experience is suitable for children aged 3 years and over. Children 2 years and under are welcome to attend and do not require a ticket, but they will not receive a free gift. Our shop will be open if you would like to purchase seasonal and donkey-themed gifts. Please add a note to your booking if you plan to bring younger children. All children must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
