Here at Moel Famau Donkeys, we’re thrilled to be hosting our annual Donkey Dash this Christmas. This year, we'll be traversing the stunning Clwydian Range in support of the Alzheimer’s Society!

Join us for an unforgettable festive adventure as you walk with Nansi, Rosie, Tilly, Polly, Bess and Blodwen to the Jubilee Tower at the summit of Moel Famau, all while dressed as Father Christmas!
This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the fresh mountain air, spectacular views and festive fun, all for a very special cause. We hope you’ll join us to help make this year’s Donkey Dash a huge success!
CHRISTMAS DONKEY DASH
SUNDAY 30TH NOvember, 10AM - 2PM
Join us for our annual charity Donkey Dash! ​Embark on a heartwarming adventure across the beautiful Clwydian Range with our six miniature Mediterranean donkeys in aid of Alzheimer's Society! Enjoy breathtaking views as we traverse the donkey's favourite mountain terrain, finishing at the iconic Jubilee Tower on the summit of Moel Famau.
To add to the festive spirit, every adult participant will receive a Father Christmas outfit to wear. Children are encouraged to wear warm, festive outfits.

The total round-trip distance is 6 miles. Please note that the first 3 miles are uphill, and part of the route follows the roadside. For safety and comfort, we recommend that younger children be secured in a robust pushchair, sling, or carrier. The trek typically lasts around 4 hours. We will set off from our stable at Moel Famau Donkeys (CH7 5SJ) at 10am.​​
