Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your activity begins. Upon arrival, please wait at the Welcome Hut opposite the car parking bays, where a staff guide will meet you. Late arrivals will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Please wear a full shoe, appropriate for weather conditions such as a strong trainer or walking boots.

For visitors taking part in a walk, please check the weather beforehand and dress appropriately for the outdoors. In wet weather, wellies and a waterproof coat is recommended. Please be advised that sandals/flip flop style shoes are not suitable for activities.

Please acknowledge the age requirements for each experience option prior to booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking. Any cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.

Our Meet and Greet experience is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately the walks are not wheelchair accessible. There is a fully accessible toilet facility onsite.

Moel Famau Donkeys reserve the right to cancel and re-schedule the experience up to 4 hours prior to agreed time due to adverse weather.
